• All campaigns must comply with TRAI regulations, WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policy, and other governing bodies.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals and opt-ins.
• We reserve the right to reject campaigns that violate guidelines.

Restrictions

• Content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or explicit material is strictly prohibited.
• Sending unsolicited promotional content without user consent is not allowed.

Payment terms

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Invoices are due as per the payment schedule shared with the client.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for delayed or failed payments.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical failure on our end.

Intellectual property

• All content, software, and technologies used or displayed on our website are the property of Org Care.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content or tools without written permission.

Service availability
